How I went from mental chaos to mastering my mind

Dear friends,

For years, I was plagued by thought intrusions—ideas, movies, sounds, videos, all kinds of mental noise would come into my head almost any time it felt like it. I didn't seem to be in control of what came into my mind and what didn't. It was like my brain was on automatic, and I dealt with that torment for years and years.

Nobody ever taught me how to control my mind. Not in 11 years of college. Not in my clinical training. Not anywhere.

So I figured it out myself.

I developed tools that actually work. And now? I can control my mind completely. I can turn it on, turn it off, make it go dark. I can put on comedies or spark creativity. I can generate whatever I want rather than what it wants.

Most importantly, I no longer allow it to disturb me at inconvenient times.
