Understanding the Source of Your Illness- Jerry Kantor

Healer and author Jerry Kantor joins us to discuss the importance of homeopathic treatment for mental illness

Imagine being able to not only treat an illness or symptom but understand the source and be a part of the solution. That is the homeopathic standpoint we are presented with today. We are not meant to be stuck in the depression, anxiety, and fear that too many are feeling now-a-days. Our guest – Jerry Kantor – argues homeopathic treatments are the cure we need to treat the underlying cause of these illnesses and create a healthier society. Our conversation touches on what homeopathy is, who it can benefit, where psychedelic medicines can fit, and the future of the profession. Jerry works to not only educate people about homeopathy, but also help them realize that it is a far healthier kind of medicine than what we are being offered by the pharmaceutical industry- and that is worth fighting for.

“ The fact that homeopathic remedies are great, and they're safer and more powerful than conventional medicines, is something that's not a convenient thing for people invested in pharmaceuticals to know.”

As principal owner of Vital Force Health Care, a homeopathy and acupuncture practice, Jerry Kantor specializes in pediatrics, mental illness, autism spectrum ailments, and autoimmune conditions and infertility. He also serves as Executive Director of the National Institute of Whole Health, located in Wellesley. Additionally, Jerry is faculty member and board member of the British Institute of Homeopathy. He holds a B.A. in philosophy from Queens College, CUNY; a master’s in the management of human services from Brandeis University; and is a graduate of the Advanced Acupuncture Program for Foreign Students, Nanjing College of Traditional Medicine, People’s Republic of China.

Jerry is the author of “Sane Asylums, The Success of Homeopathy Before Psychiatry Lost Its Mind” (2022). His previous books are; “Autism Reversal Toolbox, Strategies, Remedies, Resources”(2022); “The Toxic Relationship Cure: Clearing Traumatic Damage from a Boss, Parent, Lover, or Friend with Natural, Drug-free Remedies” (2014); “Interpreting Chronic Illness: The Convergence of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Homeopathy, and Biomedicine” (2013); and (under the pseudonym Chaim Yankel) “Heymischer Homeopathy, the Schmendrick’s Guide to Remedying Yiddish Kvetches” (2017). A forthcoming book will detail the relationship between existential quandaries and chronic illness.
